Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Write copy
  • Update and maintain prize winner and contest database
  • Maintain prize inventory and manage distribution
  • Work with web master
  • Execute technical and physical set-up of remote broadcasts and station appearances
  • Represent station and client appropriately at station remote broadcasts and appearances by interacting with listeners and customers
  • Monitor condition of remote equipment and station vehicles
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. of broadcasting equipment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Utah driver’s license
  • Flexibility and ability to work weekends and holidays when required

Responsible for planning, organizing, and generating sales. This position will contribute to and implement strategic vision, grow the customer base and respond to customers’ needs. 

Performance Objectives

  • You will be responsible to help implement the company strategic vision by increasing annual sales by at least $500,000 in the first year by growing the customer base and responding to customer needs.
  • You will be an important contributor in Fluid Studio’s brand awareness campaign, including networking and public relations efforts, to raise the company’s visibility to both local and national corporations.
  • You will perform business development and pre-sales activities, including market analysis, business intelligence, customer qualification, value proposition development, account penetration plans, as well as general marketing strategy and SWOT analysis.

Essential Functions

  • Generate new business and build long term relationships. Provide fast responsive contact with all clients.
  • Prospect and make cold calls to potential customers as required to create additional sales leads.
  • Receive and solicit sales leads by telephone, e-mail, fax, letter or from trade shows; responsible for gathering and recording relevant prospect information, determining the prospect's requirements, explaining benefits to the prospect and closing sales.  
  • Follow-up with customers on a regular basis to ensure that customers are satisfied with Fluid’s efforts.
  • Provide weekly sales forecasts/prospect reports. Record useful prospect/customer information in Fluid Studio's customer database.
